TALATON PARISH COUNCIL ALLOTMENTS
Talaton Parish Council has six allotment plots which are sited on land lying to the northwest of Riverford Farm EX5 2RU. Please click on the links for an ariel view of the allotments and a site location plan. The Council holds a seven year lease of the land which expires on 30th November 2030.
Water provision is currently provided on a temporary basis in a large water container on adjoining land. However the Council is currently liaising with South West Water with the hope that a more permanent water supply can be provided
There are currently plots available for rental. The current annual charges are:-
£10 – full plot
£5 – half plot
All new allotment tenancies will incur a `one-off` administration fee of £10
